This is the cleaning we recommend you doing at-least 2-3 times a year.
Kitchen.
Wash all dishes, glasses, and silverware through dishwasher.
Clean silverware tray.
Clean stove, oven, broiler pan and racks, drip pans, rings and stove hood.
Remove all contents from cupboards. Clean tops of all cupboards, back and front doors.
Wash all contents and replace back neatly.
Clean refrigerator door and top & side rubber gaskets. Remove and clean vegetable bins, racks and trays.
Clean out drip pan under front of fridge and grill. Clean dry all inside walls. Return all clean parts.
Remove all ice and clean ice cube storage bin.
Clean inside and outside of dishwasher.
Clean microwave inside and out. Remove glass plate, wash and replace.
Clean out broom closet.
Clean and polish small appliance: toaster, blender, coffeemaker.
Sweep, scrub and mop floor.
Bathroom(s).
Deep clean bathroom tile and grouting. Polish chrome in shower and sink area.
Scrub and polish tub.
Clean and polish shower doors.
Remove shower curtain to launder and replace with clean.
Wash all soap dishes.
Clean and sanitize toilet bowl, seat, cover and base.
Clean walls and light switches.
Clean bathroom sink, counter, mirror, and medicine cabinet. Remove plastic shelves and clean.
Wash all throw rugs.
Wash trash cans and replace trash liners.
Clean louvered door slats.
Wipe top of closet shelf, hanger rod and inventory hangers (12) per closet, 2 sheet and 1 blanket per unit.
Sweep, scrub and mop floors and baseboards.
Bedroom(s).
Vacuum along edges of unit.
Wipe top of closet shelf and hanger rod.
Clean and polish all woodwork and furniture. Wipe out the inside of all drawers.
Wipe out the inside of all drawers.
Clean all lamps and bulbs. Clean lampshade. Check that all bulbs are in working order and if it’s the correct bulb.
Change bedding, ie, bed pad, blankets. Dry clean or launder bedspread.
Clean and wash trash cans and replace liners.
Wipe down and disinfect telephone.
Clean small silk plants.
Vacuum entire room.
Living Room & Dining Area
Clean and polish all woodwork and furniture. Remove all items from shelves and clean. Wipe out the inside of all drawers.
Clean both sides of all glass shelves and tables, including the framers.
Clean all lamps, bulbs and shades. Check for correct bulb.
Remove all stereos, radios from shelves and clean them with a dry cloth.
Clean and wash trash cans and replace trash liners.
Clean and disinfect telephone receiver.
Clean and make up sofa bed.
Clean under chair cushions.
Lanai.
Clean lanai furniture.
Wipe down bird droppings from railing tops, bars and cement walls.
Wipe down wall or patio decor.
Remove cobwebs in corners.
Vacuum carpet/scrub title.
Other.
Clean walls.
Clean back and front of doors.
Clean door trim.
Wipe down inside/outside of washer and dryer.
Clean all floor and counter baseboards.
Move and clean behind and underneath heavy furniture, couch, beds, dressers, fridge, washer/dryer, televisions, etc. Carpet extraction is contracted out.
Thoroughly clean all A/C vents.
Clean ceiling fans and blades.
Clean all overhead light fixtures, covers and diffusers, checking for cobwebs in upper corners of room.
Remove and clean all window screens.
Clean all glass doors and louvers, sliding door tracks sills and frames.
Remove large pictures and artwork from walls and clean behind and backs of frames.
Clean BBQ grills.
Scrub tile floors.
Flip and rotate mattresses
Clean mirrored closet doors and tracks.
Clean doors and window ledges.
Vacuum inside dryer lint filter holder.
